This North Wales property had its roof venting blocked off during a re-roof in the late 1980s — a common issue we come across. We accessed the roof safely from the cherry picker basket, removed the old slates covering the opening, and fitted a matching slate vent to restore proper airflow. No scaffolding, job done in one visit.
